Behind-the-wheel instruction

Behind-the-Wheel Instruction (14 Hour Course and 38 Hour Course)

If you have already registered for a driving course with us, we thank you! Be certain that you have gone to the OMV and obtained your Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP Card). You must have it to attend class every day.  After you have passed the 6 hours (18+ year olds) or 30 hours (15-17 year olds) of classroom instruction, you will start your behind-the-wheel portion of the class.

We schedule driving based on your schedule as well as ours. We have several licensed/certified drivers that drive our students on Monday through Saturday. The more available you are to drive, the quicker you will be driven. For example, if you are only available to drive on Saturdays, then it will take you longer to drive than if you can drive Monday through Friday.

**STUDENTS ATTENDING HIGH SCHOOL**- We have driving sessions available to you after school Monday-Friday. We pick up at Caddo Parish Public and private schools immediately after the bell rings.  Bossier Parish students meet us at Bass Driving School parking lot.

***SUMMER DRIVING HOURS***
During the summer months, we usually drive from 8 A.M. to about 3 P.M. Students meet us at Bass Driving School, LLC parking lot for each driving session in the summer.

** ADULTS or HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS**- We normally drive you during our morning driving slots from 8-10 AM, 10:30 AM-12:30 PM, or 1:00-3:00 PM while the teens are in school. This gets you driven more quickly. Pick-up and Drop-off will always be at Bass Driving School parking lot.

We will need each student to complete a Driver’s Availability Form prior to their class and bring it with them on the first day of class. We construct the driving schedule from your forms.
